These terms apply to anyone placing an order with Personalidy, operated by [ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”). Submitting the order form on this site or accepting a quote from us means you agree to them.
Orders and quotes
The order form is an enquiry, not a purchase — nothing is charged when you submit it. We follow up with a quote, sample badges rendered from real photos where relevant, and a one-page order agreement covering price, deposit, cancellation terms, and delivery date before anything is charged.
Timelines
Delivery depends on how far out your event date is and how quickly attendees submit photos where that's part of your order. We'll tell you plainly if a date is too tight for the full pipeline; sending an enquiry anyway is fine and we'll discuss alternatives such as a name-only fallback.
Attendee photos
If your order includes attendee-submitted photos, you (the organiser) are responsible for telling your attendees how their photo and name will be used — see our Privacy Policy for the exact terms we commit to. By sending us a roster or photo, you confirm you have the right to share that person's data with us for this purpose.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of any photo you or your attendees submit. We keep ownership of the badge artwork, styles, and generative emblem system we design — you receive a licence to print and use the delivered badge files for your event, not to resell or redistribute the underlying style.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms and any deposit refund are set out in your order agreement, not here — they vary by how much production work has started when you cancel.
Liability
We're not liable for delays caused by late attendee photo submissions, incorrect roster data you supply, or your print vendor. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order it relates to.
Governing law
