House rules
Attendee photos are used only to composite that person’s badge — never sold, never reused for another event, deleted after this one. You’ll need to disclose that to your attendees before they upload; exact wording is part of the order agreement.
A deposit is required before we start — the exact split, cancellation terms, and delivery date all come in a one-page order agreement with your quote, before anything is charged.
